Meet at the Nursing booth in the Markin Hall Atrium to begin the Nursing Simulation session!
Join our staff as you enter our Nursing Simulation Lab and experience a taste of what it's like to be a uLethbridge nursing student. We have dozens of mannequins for students to practice on, including infant-sized, child-sized, and adult-sized... and even adult ones that can simulate giving birth! Our high-fidelity mannequin can also breathe, blink, speak, crash, respond to medication, and more.
This is also a great chance to learn more about the Nursing program and ask any questions you have, such as:
- What are clinical placements and how do they work?
- What are the average class sizes?
- What are the admission requirements?
- What grades will I need to gain admission?
- When is the deadline to apply? When should I hear back?
- What are the students' favourite parts of the program?
- Etc.!
